- Have physical presence in a state
- Exceed economic nexus thresholds ($100,000 sales or 200 transactions)
- Have employees or inventory in a state
- Attend trade shows or events
Setting Up Sales Tax
- Go to Tax → Sales Tax
- Click "Add Tax Jurisdiction"
- Select state and locality
- Enter tax registration number
- Set tax rate (auto-populated)
- Configure filing frequency
- Enable automatic calculation
