Apply discounts at item or order level, with manager approval required above a configured threshold.
On any cart item, enter a percentage in the discount field (tag icon). The line total updates immediately.
In the totals section, enter an order discount % to apply across the entire cart subtotal.
If the effective discount exceeds the configured maximum (default 20%):
Set the maximum discount % in Settings → Company → POS → Max Discount %. Only Admin, Super Admin, and Manager roles can approve.
