Customers & Loyalty Points

Attach customers to sales for loyalty tracking and personalised receipts.

Selecting a Customer

  1. Click the customer selector at the top of the cart panel
  2. Type a name or phone number to search
  3. Select from results — loyalty balance loads automatically
  4. Click X to remove and revert to Walk-in Customer

Loyalty Points

When loyalty is enabled in POS Settings:

  • Points are earned automatically on every sale (configured points per GHS)
  • Customer tier (Bronze → Silver → Gold → Platinum) updates based on total points
  • Click Redeem in the loyalty panel to apply points as a discount
  • Points earned on the current sale are shown on the receipt

Loyalty Tiers

  • Bronze: 0 – 999 points
  • Silver: 1,000 – 4,999 points
  • Gold: 5,000 – 9,999 points
  • Platinum: 10,000+ points

Configure loyalty settings (points per GHS, redemption rate) in Settings → Company → POS.
