Accessing Analytics
Navigate to POS → Analytics. Use the range switcher (7d / 30d / 90d) to change the reporting period.
KPI Cards
- Total Revenue: Sum of all completed sales in the period
- Transactions: Number of sales processed
- Avg Order Value: Revenue ÷ transactions
- Unique Customers: Distinct customers who made purchases
- Each card shows a % change badge vs the previous equivalent period
Charts & Reports
- Daily Revenue Chart: Bar chart of revenue per day
- Payment Breakdown: Split of cash / card / mobile money
- Top Cashiers: Revenue and transaction count per cashier
- Hourly Heatmap: Which hours of the day are busiest
Product Performance
Go to POS → Product Performance for:
- Revenue, units sold, and transaction count per product
- Category-level breakdown
- Search and sort by any column
- Mini revenue bars for quick visual comparison
