Direct Deposits

Set up direct deposit to pay employees electronically and securely.

Setting Up Direct Deposit

  1. Company Bank Account:
    • Go to Settings → Banking
    • Add your business checking account
    • Verify with micro-deposits (1-2 days)
  2. Employee Accounts:
    • Employees enter banking info in their portal
    • Or upload voided check during onboarding
    • Support for multiple accounts (split deposits)

Direct Deposit Timeline

  • 2 Business Days Before Payday: Submit payroll
  • 1 Business Day Before: Funds debited from company account
  • Payday: Funds available in employee accounts by 9 AM

Split Deposits

Employees can split their pay across multiple accounts:

  • Fixed dollar amount to savings
  • Percentage to checking
  • Remainder to another account
  • Up to 3 accounts per employee
