AI Usage Limits

AI requests are counted per organisation per calendar month and reset on the 1st of each month.

Starter

500 AI requests per month

Professional

1,500 AI requests per month

Enterprise

Unlimited AI requests

What Counts as a Request

  • Each message you send to the AI counts as one request
  • Tool calls the AI makes internally (e.g. fetching data, creating a record) do not count as separate requests
  • Stopped generations still count as one request

When You Reach the Limit

Once the monthly limit is reached, AI features are blocked until the 1st of the next month or until you upgrade your plan. A notification is shown in the chat panel.

Monitoring Usage

Admins can view current AI usage in Settings → Company → AI Usage. Usage resets automatically at the start of each calendar month.

To increase your limit, upgrade your subscription plan from Settings → Billing or contact sales.
