SyncBooks AI is a conversational assistant built into your dashboard that can read and write your financial data — accounts, invoices, bills, expenses, payments, journal entries, and more.

What the AI Can Do

• Accounts: Create, update, and look up chart of accounts entries
• Invoices: Create invoices, record payments, list by status or customer
• Bills & Expenses: Record vendor bills, log expenses, mark payments
• Journal Entries: Post balanced journal entries with debit/credit lines
• Reports: Retrieve income statement, financial position, cash flows, general ledger
• Bank Reconciliation: Start reconciliations, match transactions
• Customers & Vendors: Look up and create contacts

How to Access

The AI chat panel is available on every dashboard page. Click the AI button in the bottom-right corner or navigate to AI Assistant → AI Chat from the sidebar.

Availability

AI features require the AI module to be enabled for your organisation. Contact your admin or go to Settings → Company → Modules to enable it. Usage is subject to monthly request limits based on your subscription plan.
